Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing a justification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at info@noera-interiors.eu with a clear statement that you wish to cancel/withdraw from your order and include your order number.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: opened is fine, but unused, uninstalled, and undamaged, with all parts/accessories included.
Please return the item in its original packaging where reasonably possible (for example, the original carton box), or in similarly protective packaging suitable for safe transport. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@noera-interiors.eu .If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may offer a replacement, repair, or a refund, depending on the case.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or made-to-specification items (made specifically to your instructions)

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Return shipping costs

For returns due to change of mind (including withdrawal), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide instructions for an alternative solution (such as a replacement).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • If you return the entire order under the right of withdrawal, we refund the product price and the outbound standard delivery cost you paid (if any). If you chose a delivery option more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery we offered, we refund up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option.

  • If you return only part of an order, outbound shipping charges are not refunded.

  • Free shipping threshold: If your original order qualified for free shipping and you return part of the order so that the remaining items fall below the free-shipping threshold, we may deduct the standard shipping fee that would have applied to the remaining order from your refund (we will always show the applicable shipping fees at checkout).

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (or you provide proof of return). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
