Shipping policy
We ship to multiple countries and our delivery options are organized into three shipping zones.
Your shipping zone is determined by your delivery address country.
Free Shipping Thresholds
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal reaches the amount shown below:

If your order total is below the free-shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Important notes about thresholds
- Free shipping thresholds are based on your order subtotal (products only).
- If you use a discount code, the threshold is calculated based on the final subtotal after discounts.
- If an order originally qualified for free shipping and you later return part of the order so that the remaining items fall below the free-shipping threshold, the standard shipping fee that would have applied may be deducted from your refund (see our Refund Policy).

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the courier service available for your area.

During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing and delivery may take a little longer.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (where tracking is available for the selected service).
Important Notes
In rare cases (for example, very large/heavy items or remote areas), extra shipping costs may apply. If so, this will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before shipping.
